HE FOUND A CLUSTER! 20250623

Psalms 8:1 and 16:2

My Shepherd met me in my prayer closet, interceding for my country, the remnant in America, our soldiers deployed in bases within striking distance of Iran, our friends in Israel—this whole mess. He reminded me of what He gave us in the messages for this weekend and exhorted me: “Fear not, …: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward” (Genesis 15:1). He led me into His green pastures and laid me down in Isaiah 65. The Mind of the Spirit drew the spirit of my mind into fellowship with Him at verses 7-8:

Isaiah 65:7 Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

Isaiah 65:8 ¶ Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

Along the still waters, my spirit grieved with the grieving Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30), sighing and crying for the sins of my people (Ezekiel 9:4). For though verse seven speaks to Israel, the Spirit spoke to me through His words: “Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD … therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom” (Isaiah 65:7).

Isaiah 65:1 speaks to the Gentiles (Romans 10:20), and verse 2 is to Israel (Romans 10:21; see Isaiah 65:2-5a, 65:5b-7). Nevertheless, God promises He will not cast away His people utterly, for He spied a cluster (Isaiah 65:8—“Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all” (Isaiah 65:8). And He said, “Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it.”

He promised to “bring forth a seed out of Jacob.” Paul, by the Spirit, said, this “seed” is Christ (Galatians 3:16). Our Father sent Christ to Israel, the “inheritor of my mountains,” which His elect would inherit (65:9) see Isaiah 42:1, the Elect ONE, and those chosen “in Christ” — the seed — Ephesians 1:4), to turn their “valley of Achor” (trouble, affliction) into peaceful pastureland (65:10), and through them the blessing of Abraham upon all nations (Genesis 12:1-3), to grant peace and goodwill to all men (Luke 2:14). But they hated the heir and slew Him (Matthew 21:38; Mark 12:7; Luke 20:14). And Pilate, too, and Rome, which he represented, turned “against his Christ … both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel” (Acts 4:26-27), and they “crucified the Lord of glory (1 Corinthians 2:8). Likewise rage the heathen now (Psalm 2).

[The prophecy includes a prediction that because they would slay the heir, God would “number [them] to the sword, and [they] shall bow down to the slaughter” (65:12; Luke 21:24) “because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not” (65:12). Then the prophet looks farther and sings of the coming reign of Christ (65:17-25).]

The Heavenly Dove fluttered in my heart: I found a cluster. And I knew that He meant that as He found a cluster in Israel and would not destroy all the vineyard, He found a cluster in His Church, and there is a blessing in it that He will preserve. The gates of hell shall not prevail!

In the valley, He pointed to the Cross and said This is my plow, and to the blood, This is my life, and to my heart, This is my soil, and to get My fruit from this soil, He pointed to me, and said, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23). Such as do this make up the cluster that is presently preserving the land (2 Chronicles 7:14). Yield to the heir, sow the heirloom seed of the Gospel of peace!

At the table, He graciously anointed my head with His oil and filled my cup with His grace. We rose from His table and walked into the fields of harvest, goodness, and mercy, dutifully following.

Praise God, He found a cluster! (See WHEN YOU CAN’T FIND A CLUSTER — June 18, 2025)

Praying for revival! 🙏
